1/2 Cup flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

dash salt

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 to 1 cup jelly

This recipe makes a small jelly roll.  (about 7 slices)

grease a small brownie pan or cookie sheet. Line with wax paper.  Grease again.

Pour jelly roll mixture into pan.  Bake at 400* for 10 minutes.

lay out a small dish towel and sprinkle it with confectioners sugar.

Turn jelly roll upside down on the towel peel off wax paper.

then roll towel and jelly roll into a roll let set for 5 minutes

unroll and spread with with the jelly.

re roll and place seam side down on plate.

use a serrated knife to slice into 7 pieces.
