1 egg white

1 Teaspoon Water

Beat until frothy.  Dampen Pecans in mixture.

Mix together

1 cup sugar

1 Teaspoon Cinnimon

a little salt

Roll dampened Pecans in mixture.

Bake @ 225 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
