3 cups flour

1 teaspoon each,

baking powder

baking soda

cinnimon

vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups sugar   ( if strawbarries) sweetened use 1 cup

4 eggs beaten 1/2 cup oil

2/3 cup chopped nuts

2 cups thawed strawberries

Blend all ingredients together thouroughly ( Beat about 2-3 minutes)

pour into two greased and floured loaf pans

bake at *350 for 40 minutes
