1 Duncan Hines White Cake mix

1 cup oil

1 cup 7-up

3 eggs

1 pkg. Pistachio pudding mix (instant)

½ cup English walnuts

½ cup coconut

Mix first 5 ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes

Fold in nuts and coconut

Bake 35-40 minutes at *350

TOPPING

1 pkg. Pudding

1 cup cold milk

2 cups cool whip

mix together put on cake after it is cool.  Store in refregerator
