There’s nothing whatever the matter with me <\/span><\/h3>\n

Arthritis I have in both of my knees<\/span><\/h3>\n

And when I talk I speak with a wheeze<\/span><\/h3>\n

My pulse is weak and my blood is thin <\/span><\/h3>\n

But I’m awfully well for the shape I’m in<\/span><\/h3>\n

I think my liver is out of whack <\/span><\/h3>\n

A terrible pain I have in my back<\/span><\/h3>\n

My hearing is poor and my eye sight is dim <\/span><\/h3>\n

I’m practically living on aspirin<\/span><\/h3>\n

My dentures they cut, I’m restless at night <\/span><\/h3>\n

In the morning oh boy I’m a frightful sight.<\/span><\/h3>\n

My memory is failing, my heads in a spin <\/span><\/h3>\n

But I’m awfully well for the shape I’m in<\/span><\/h3>\n

Now the moral of this, as this tale unfolds <\/span><\/h3>\n

That for you and me who are growing old<\/span><\/h3>\n

It’s better to say “I’m fine” with a grin <\/span><\/h3>\n
