1\/2 Cup flour<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<\/span><\/p>\n

dash salt<\/span><\/p>\n

2 eggs<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 cup sugar<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 teaspoon vanilla<\/span><\/p>\n

3\/4 to 1 cup jelly<\/span><\/p>\n

This recipe makes a small jelly roll.\u00a0 (about 7 slices)<\/span><\/p>\n

grease a small brownie pan or cookie sheet. Line with wax paper.\u00a0 Grease again.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour jelly roll mixture into pan.\u00a0 Bake at 400* for 10 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

lay out a small dish towel and sprinkle it with confectioners sugar.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Turn\u00a0jelly roll\u00a0upside down on the towel\u00a0peel off wax paper.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

then roll towel and jelly roll into a roll let set for 5 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

unroll and spread with with the jelly.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

re roll and place seam side down on plate.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

use a serrated knife to slice into 7 pieces.
